Geoff Hill is Head of Sales & Leasing at Commercial Realty - Bunbury and is a Licensed Property Valuer with over 17 years of valuing, consultancy, sales and leasing experience, specialising in commercial and industrial property within the South West. Geoff completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) degree at Curtin University in 1995 and since this time has successfully established and managed valuation sub-offices over the South West and undertaken a broad range of valuations including abattoirs, car dealerships, child care centres, cold storage facilities, medical centres, multi-tenanted office, retail and industrial buildings, public open space contributions, ground lease and rental determinations, restaurants, industrial subdivisions, storage units, taverns, strata unit entitlements, veterinary clinics, as well as compensation, government, insurance, legal, mortgage and taxation work. Geoff is also founder of The X2Y Concept which is a fresh approach to connecting the X and Y generation within the South West on both a business and social level and is an executive committee member of the Bunbury Chamber of Commerce. Geoff has lived and worked in both Bunbury and Perth but the South West's attractive beach lifestyle, strong growth potential and its closeness to family, who have resided in Bunbury for over 25 years, has made his choice of home an easy one. The move from valuing to sales and leasing was largely based on a desire to broaden his property knowledge while remaining in the South West where most of his previous work and contacts have been established
